Expert Tip

Proper aftercare is crucial for achieving beautiful, long-lasting microblading results. Following these guidelines will ensure your investment lasts 1-2 years.

Immediate Aftercare (First 24-48 Hours)

What to Expect Immediately After Treatment

Your newly microbladed eyebrows will appear darker and more defined than the final result. This is completely normal! The color will fade by 30-50% during the healing process, revealing your beautiful, natural-looking brows.

Do These Things:

  • • Keep the area clean and dry
  • • Gently blot with clean tissue if needed
  • • Sleep on your back to avoid pressure on brows
  • • Apply the provided aftercare cream as instructed
  • • Take photos to track your healing progress

Avoid These Things:

  • • Getting the area wet for 24 hours
  • • Touching or picking at the brows
  • • Using makeup on the eyebrow area
  • • Intense exercise or sweating
  • • Sun exposure or tanning

Week 1: The Healing Process

Days 1-3: Initial Healing

Your eyebrows will appear very dark and may feel slightly tender. Some minor swelling is normal. Continue to keep the area clean and apply the aftercare cream sparingly.

Days 4-7: Scabbing Phase

Small scabs will begin to form. Do not pick or scratch them! Let them fall off naturally. Your brows may look patchy during this phase - this is completely normal and temporary.

Week 2-4: Color Return

After the scabs fall off, your brows may appear very light or even seem to have disappeared. Don't worry! The color will gradually return over the next 2-3 weeks as your skin completes the healing process.

Long-term Care for Lasting Results

Daily Maintenance

  • • Use SPF 30+ sunscreen on your brows daily
  • • Avoid harsh skincare products on the brow area
  • • Gently cleanse without scrubbing
  • • Moisturize the area with gentle, fragrance-free products

When to Schedule Your Touch-up

Your complimentary touch-up should be scheduled 6-8 weeks after your initial treatment. This allows your skin to fully heal and reveals the true color and shape results.

Important Reminders:

  • • Healing time varies for each individual
  • • Results can last 1-2 years with proper care
  • • Annual touch-ups help maintain color vibrancy
  • • Contact cplusa beauty with any concerns

Common Concerns Addressed

My brows look too dark!

This is the most common concern in the first few days. Remember, the color will fade by 30-50% during healing. Trust the process and follow aftercare instructions.

I can't see my brows anymore!

Around day 7-14, your brows may appear very light. This is the "ghost phase" and is completely normal. The color will return gradually over the following weeks.
